The injection device has a screw (3) for dosing of plastic, which is supported in the pressure plate (8) in rotating manner. The pressure plate is displaced longitudinally by two spindles (5) actuated electrically. The pressure is fixed by a sensor. The housing of the drive for dosing unit rotating the screw and a gear is mounted between a sleeve (9) and the pressure plate. The sleeve surrounds the pivoting bearing of the screw.
