The rocket motor is based on an electro-optical modulator, in which the housing (1) with walls made of electrical insulating material, builds the hermetic hollow space, in which galvanically unconnected electrodes are located. Both the electrodes lie tightly on the inner surface of the housing (1), which has the outlet opening (4), remote controlled baffle (6) and inlet opening (3), which slide through the wall of the housing and the electrode. The inlet opening has the shape of truncated cone with the most of the diameter inside the housing.
