The container (T) has a horizontal pallet base (B) and three longitudinal side panels (L) that are connected with each other. The side panels are connected with the pallet base by a pivot bearing (S) and are vertically towered at outer edges of the pallet base. Pivotal points (1) of the pivot bearing are arranged within a wall volume of the side panels in a direction of an inner side of the container. Lifting brackets (5) are connected with an upper side of the side panels.
