PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acrylic rubber composition having excellent vulcanization properties and an excellent balance of processability, rubber mechanical properties and permanent compression set and a vulcanizate thereof. SOLUTION: The acrylic rubber composition comprises a carboxy group-containing acrylic rubber, a diazabicycloalkene compound and a polyamine compound. The diazabicycloalkene compound is preferably at least one or more compounds of 2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10-octahydropyrimido(1,2-a)azepine and 2,3,4,6,7,8-hexahydropyrrolo(1,2-a)pyrimidine and the polyamine compound is preferably at least one or more kinds of an aromatic polyamine and an aliphatic polyamine.
