A bamboo rod for massage and acupuncture is provided to obtain the effects of hitting a user's body consecutively when a user hits any one of a left side hitting rod and a right side hitting rod to his/her body. In a bamboo rod for massage and acupuncture, a handle(801) is formed on one end of either one of a left hitting rod(10) having a left side inner edge hitting rod inlet(11) and a right hitting rod having a right side inner edge hitting rod inlet(21). An inner edge hitting rod(30) including one or more selected among an inner edge left side hitting tool(12) and an inner edge right side hitting tool(22) on one end thereof is formed to be opposed to anyone of the left side hitting rod and the right side hitting rod having a handle on one side thereof. One side of one or more selected from the inner edge left side hitting tool and the inner edge right side hitting tool is able to come into and out of the inner edges of one or more selected among the left side inner edge hitting rod inlet and the right side inner edge hitting rod inlet. |
