<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink producing apparatus suppressing scatter of a drink raw material which is already received when supplying shaved ice, while shortening time required for the supply of shaved ice. <P>SOLUTION: This drink producing apparatus 1 has a drink raw material supply part 3 which supplies a drink raw material to a sale container 9, a shaved ice supply part 4 which supplies to the sale container 9, a prescribed amount of shaved ice formed by shaving ice with prescribed coarseness, a stirring part 5 which mixes a received material received inside the sale container 9, and a control part 8 which controls the drink raw material supply part 3, the shaved ice supply part 4 and the stirring part 5. The drink producing apparatus comprises producing drink by stirring the drink raw material and shaved ice received in the sale container 9.
