PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client terminal apparatus capable of receiving information from an information server device accurately in accordance with time when a user starts issuing a request through a network.

SOLUTION: The client terminal apparatus 101 which transmits information source specifying information to an information server service and receives information corresponding thereto from the information server device includes: a timer 111 for acquiring the present time; a user request information creation portion 112 which adds present time information, as time specifying information, to the information source specifying information; a communication portion 113 which transmits an information acquisition request containing a set of the information source specifying information and the time specifying information to the information server device; and a display portion 105 which displays the information returned from the information server device in response to the information acquisition request.
