PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly heat-resistant epoxy resin composition causing no rough segregation even if using a polar group-bearing curing agent, and capable of giving a cured product of high toughness. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition comprises the following constituents [A], [B] and [C]: [A] an epoxy resin. [B] an aromatic polyamine curing agent having at least three aromatic rings and at least two amino groups. [C] at least one block copolymer selected from the group consisting of S-B-M, B-M and M-B-M (wherein, block M is a polymethylmethacrylate homopolymer or a copolymer containing at least 50 wt.% of methyl methacrylate, block B is incompatible with the eoxy resin A and the block M and 20°C or lower in glass transition temperature Tg and block S is incompatible with the epoxy resin A, the block B and the block M and has a glass transition temperature Tg than that of the block B).
