PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deoxidation system for reducing the concentration of dissolved oxygen in treated water. SOLUTION: The deoxidation system is equipped with a plurality of degassing devices 1A, 1B and 1C capable of selecting the respective supply amounts of water to be treated into a low flow rate and a high flow rate, a loading device 3 using the treated water produced by each of the degassing devices 1A, 1B and 1C and a control means 4 for controlling the number of operations of the degassing devices 1A, 1B and 1C corresponding to the required amounts of the treated water. The control means 4 performs load dispersing control for converting high flow rate operation of one of the degassing devices 1A, 1B and 1C to a low flow rate operation of the degassing devices 1A, 1B and 1C.
