PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary napkin, where its rear wing area includes a high-rigidity section with high bending strength while the formation of strong or persistent creases at the rear wing area caused by the individual napkin packing process can be prevented. SOLUTION: A sanitary napkin 1 is provided with a vertically elongated main body part 1a and rear wings 7 protruding in both left and right directions from their longitudinal rear position of the main body 1a and located on the wearer's back when the napkin is put on. Each sanitary napkin 1 is individually packed by folding it up more than once in the longitudinal direction, and this forms a crease L1 that laterally extends in the rear wings 7.
