PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premium issuance content using system capable of issuing the premiums of many kinds of contents in a game hall and preventing them from being used even when they are stolen before issuance. SOLUTION: A premium issuance terminal 2 is installed in the game hall, issues the premium 1 incorporating the contents corresponding to a plurality of values according to the number of game balls or the number of game tokens, and also writes information for making only the contents pertinent to the value usable in a content using terminal such as a personal computer 5a to the premium 1 when issuing it.
