A method for sintering charnel ashes in a bulk and treating a surface of the sintered charnel ashes is provided to raise a melting point and a sintering temperature of calcium oxide of the ashes up to 1,150°C by adding a great amount of SiO2 and CaF2 to sinter the ashes without a melting process. Ca02 and CaF2 are mixed to at the ratio of 40 to 30. The mixture is stirred by using clay water. A desired amount of the mixture is bulked and pressed in a desired shape such as a circular shape or a heart shape. The bulked mixture is dried and sintered in a muffle furnace heated at a temperature of1,150°C. Charnels ashes are obtained in a bulk state. Fine glass powders are coated on the bulk charnel ashes and then a resultant structure is heated at a temperature in a range of 900°C to 1,00°C. |
