A backbone hyperthermia therapeutic apparatus is provided to allow maximizing therapeutic effect by performing chiropractic with proper pressure using a chiropractic roller which ascends and descends by expansion of air pocket. A backbone hyperthermia therapeutic apparatus comprises: a main body of bed(110) including a space part in its center and guide rails on both sides of the space part; a neck chiropractic implement(160) established on one side of the main body surface; a backbone chiropractic implement(120) comprising a transporting plate(122) which is established in the central space part and performs alternating motion by a driving motor and a transporting line and a chiropractic roller(124) which is established on the transporting plate and includes a heater; a lifting member(130) which guides ascending and descending of the chiropractic roller by expansion and contraction of air pocket(134) through an air pump(136); and a controller which detects air pressure in the air pocket and controls compressed air quantity generated by the air pump. |
