PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly versatile ROM writer used irrespective of microcomputer specifications, and an electric apparatus, and a method for writing using these.

SOLUTION: The method for writing in a nonvolatile memory includes an electric apparatus device incorporating a nonvolatile memory enabling data rewriting when a write control terminal is pulled down or up to a predetermined voltage, and a ROM writer for writing data in the nonvolatile memory. The electric apparatus includes a generation circuit for generating the predetermined voltage, and the ROM writer includes a means for connecting the predetermined voltage generated by the generation circuit to the write control terminal.
