<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector free from short circuiting even with whiskers generated at its contact part with a wiring material, and further, of high reliability maintained even with a narrowed interval between contact pins. <P>SOLUTION: The connector has a housing 10 provided with an opening 16 for housing connecting parts of a flat wiring material 20, and the housing 10 has a plurality of contact pins 30 arranged at a given pitch in contact with connecting terminals 21 by elastic force, and barrier-rib pins 40 each in contact by elastic force with a part between the contact terminals of the flat wiring material 20 at a position pinched by a part where each two adjacent contact pins 30 come in contact with the flat wiring material 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
