<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device capable of reducing a cost while assuring noise immunity. <P>SOLUTION: A connector 6 is mounted on the printed-circuit board 5. A connector pin 6b extending from the connector 6 is connected to a circuit pattern of the printed-circuit board 5. The printed-circuit board 5 and the connector pin 6b are housed in a case 2 configured with an upper cover 3 and a lower cover 4.
