PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience by freeing a user from switching operation when changing standby setting, and to prevent an incoming signal from failing to be received. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 10 has: a storage section 12 for prestoring respective establishment IDs of establishments A, B, C; a reception section 13 for receiving the establishment ID of the establishment from a base station connected to the exchanger of the establishment when the mobile terminal 10 moves into a service area of one of the establishments A, B, C; and a control section 11 repeating operation for successively setting the establishment ID of the establishments A, B, C stored in the storage section 12 until the establishment ID coincides with the establishment ID received by the reception section 13.
