PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor device in which the Q value is improved when specific constitution is employed, and which has such a structure as is easily fabricated by a semiconductor processing technology or a PCB processing technology, solving a problem that the structure and processes of the inductor device according to a conventional technology become complicated depending on uses. SOLUTION: The inductor device includes a first conductive pattern on a first layer of a substrate, a second conductive pattern on a second layer of the substrate, and a region where at least one hole is connected between the first layer and the second layer. A magnetic field induced at the region by at least one of the first conductive pattern or the second conductive pattern is stronger than a magnetic field induced at an another region between a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer, by at least one of the first conductive pattern or the second conductive pattern.
