PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film cutting apparatus and an anisotropic conductive film sticking apparatus for reducing the necessity for the highly accurate adjustment of the parallelism and cutting position of a cutter and also lowering procedures required for the change of a kind of a base tape. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a cutter including a point of blade for cutting the anisotropic conductive film of the anisotropic conductive film tape formed by holding the anisotropic conductive film at the surface of the base tape, a cutter moving device for holding the cutter and cutting the anisotropic conductive film by moving forward the point of blade of the cutter for the surface of the anisotropic conductive film, a receiving surface formed in opposition to the point of blade of the cutter to hold the rear surface of the base tape, and a receiving part provided with an elastic material for displacing the receiving surface by receiving a force applied to the anisotropic conductive film from the point of blade of the cutter.
