PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem that a side drop of a 2P resin remains on a stamper side when an intermediate layer is made by using a 2P resin for manufacturing a multilayer substrate and the stamper is separated from the substrate, and that an uncured area becomes smaller due to circulated travel of an UV light and positioning accuracy with the substrate when removing the uncured area by mask exposure. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an optical disk which has at least two or more recording layers adopts light shielding coating on a non data area of the transparent stamper used in a process of making the intermediate layer by using the 2P resin.
