PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray device for crime prevention which exercises a strong effect of intimidation with respect to an offender. SOLUTION: The spray device for crime prevention is provided with a pressure container 1, in which a nonfatal composition for security is filled; a nozzle 3 which jets the composition for crime prevention; an operation lever 17 for executing jetting operation from the nozzle 3; and an alarm buzzer 8 which sounds an alarming sound, and additionally a microswitch 7, which starts the generation of the alarming sound from the alarming buzzer 8 in the vicinity of the operation lever 17. Then, the alarming sound is issued in a state where the microswitch 7 in "ON" state, when the spray device is picked up from a place of installation and damaging component is jetted towards an offender, and the spray device exercises a strong effect of intimidation with respect to the offender.
