PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor rotating shaft supporting bearing using a braking device for controlling the rotating speed of a motor rotating shaft with high accuracy at all times while effectively preventing the leakage of lubricant to the outside. SOLUTION: The motor rotating shaft supporting bearing A comprises a rotary ring 2 and a stationary ring 4, a plurality of rolling elements 6, and sealing members for sealing the inside. It uses the braking device arranged on the outside for decelerating or stopping the motor rotating shaft. Out of the sealing members, a sealing member 20a on one side which is located near the braking device relative to the rolling elements has an outer diameter portion ao fixed to a mounting groove 4g formed in the stationary ring and an inner diameter portion ai in slide contact with a seal groove 2g formed in the rotary ring. On the other hand, a sealing member 20b on the other side has an outer diameter portion bo fixed to the mounting groove formed in the stationary ring and an inner diameter portion bi in no contact with the rotary ring or in slide contact with a seal groove formed in the rotary ring, and an air hole formed penetratingly through the sealing member to connect the inside with the outside of the bearing.
