摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stimulation-responsive cross-linked protein micell containing a cross-linked protein structure body. SOLUTION: The protein constituting the structure body preferably has an aspartic acid residue or a glutamic acid residue and a lysin residue; and the cross-linkage is preferably formed by a condensation reaction of -COOH group of the aspartic acid residue or a glutamic acid residue with -NH<SB>2</SB>group of the lysin residue or the N-terminal. Particularly preferable example of the protein used isβ-casein. This cross-linked protein micell has an inherent lower critical solution temperature (LCST) at which it causes a soluble phenomenon at a low temperature side and causes an insoluble phenomenon at a high temperature side making a specific temperature as a border. In this stimulation-responsive cross-linked protein micell, application in bioseparation, biosensing, immobilized enzyme and drug delivery system is expected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
