PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container having a highly durable waterproof structure which does not need sealing or the like. SOLUTION: The container is assembled by respectively connecting a ceiling panel 11, a floor panel arranged by opposing the ceiling panel 11, and wall panels 13a arranged between the ceiling panel 11 and the floor panel by connecting members 14. An outside metal plate 21 exposed on the main face on the outdoor side of the ceiling panel 11 is extended from the side face E of the ceiling panel 11, and is equipped with at least a hook-like tip 24. The connecting member 14 for connecting the ceiling panel 11 with the wall panel 13a is equipped with a recess 25 into which the tip 24 of the outside metal plate 21 is fitted and fixed, a ceiling panel joint 26 extended along the indoor side main face 23 of the ceiling panel 11 from the recess 25, and connected with the indoor side main face 23 of the ceiling panel 11, and a wall panel joint 27 extended from the ceiling panel joint 26 and connected with the wall panel 13a.
