PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle notice alarm system capable of transmitting abnormality of a vehicle to other surrounding vehicles in. SOLUTION: This vehicle notice alarm system is furnished with an abnormality judging part 112a to detect abnormality on the one's own vehicle and a front alarm lamp 2 and a rear alarm lamp 3 provided on an outer peripheral part of the vehicle and to notice to the other vehicles in the periphery that the abnormality is detected by an abnormality detecting means by lighting or flashing of a luminous lamp. The abnormality judging part 112a is provided in a vehicle meter 1, and the front alarm lamp 2 and the rear alarm lamp 3 are lighted or flickered in accordance with contents by an alarm lamp control part 114 when the vehicle meter 1 alarms and notices by a display driving part 113 and a vehicle meter display part 12 in accordance with information the vehicle meter 1 acquires by an information input part 111.
