According to the present invention, an apparatus for transferring a material comprises: an apparatus frame; and a rotation transfer means provided in the apparatus frame to transfer a material, and having a transfer unit and a rotary unit which are connected to each other to rotate and transfer the material. As stated above, the present invention comprises the rotation transfer means having the transfer unit and the rotary unit which are connected to each other to rotate and transfer the material, thereby stably and smoothly receiving the cut portion of the material to align the material, and rotating and transferring the material.
