The invention relates to a fixed cluster (1) for the core of pressurised-water nuclear reactor comprising rods (3) and a holder (5) for the rods (3). The holder (5) includes: a pommel (7); wings (9) extending radially towards the outside from the pommel (7); systems (10) for mounting the rods (3) and distributed on the wings (9); and at least two bearing members (41) on the upper plate of the core, said each of said bearing members (41) protruding longitudinally from a respective wing (9) beyond the mounting systems (10) so as to be vertically oriented towards the top when the fixed cluster (1) is provided on a nuclear fuel assembly.
