The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a metal pellet for computer aided design (CAD)/ computer aided manufacturing (CAM) machining to produce dental implant, which includes the steps of: preparing Ni, Cr and Ti powders (13 wt% of Cr powders, 10 wt% or less of Ti powders, and Ni powders provided in remaining content) and mixing Ni, Cr and Ti powders by a mixer to make alloy powders; forming the alloy powders to a power compact in a disc shape under predetermined pressure using an oil hydraulic press so that the power compact has 10:5 in a length ratio of a diameter and a height; sintering the formed disc at an argon (Ar) gas atmosphere; cooling the sintered disc; and machining the cooled disc through metallic coping using a CAD/CAM. According to the present invention, ceramic restoration can be easily performed using a sintered Ni-Cr-Ti alloy having a low price, representing excellent affinity, representing an excellent cohesion property with ceramic and an excellent attachment property to a gum, and preventing a black gum and Ni allergy due to metal. |
