Rubber panel systems for level crossings The geometric shape and the appearance of the contact surface on engraved tread rubber platform halves-top surfaces of gauge and outer panels for heavy traffic loads are illustrated in figures (22, 23, 24, 25 and 27) of the drawings, for medium and light traffic loads they are illustrated in figures (29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36) of the drawings and for pedestrian crossings they are illustrated in figures (38, 39, 40 and 41) of the drawings. Gauge and outer panels, inner and outer blocks are mountable and totally detachable regarding standard connections and metal-rubber junctions, the vertical and horizontal segments of technologically independent units are arrangeable as illustrated in figures (47 to 60) which include the positions (1 to 9), in figures (61 to 72) which include the positions (10 to 15), in figures (73 to 77) which include the positions (16 to 19) and in figures (78 to 82) which include the positions (16, 19, 20 and 21). To prevent erosion and abrasion of the critical top edges of vulcanized rubber material belonging to the top rubber surfaces of the gauge panel, a L-shaped steel shield (7) was added, having triangular braces (22) and circular lock rings (23), as illustrated in figures (84 and 85) of the drawings. |
