A photogrammetric method having folding optic path transfer for measuring three-dimensional position and posture of an invisible target, including the following steps: constructing a folding optic path between an invisible target (1) and a reference flat board (2), disposing transfer station comprising a camera (3), a cooperating mark (4) and a laser range finder on each break point in the folding optic path, processing image shot by each camera (3), accounting with distance measured by the laser range finder, obtaining a position and posture information corresponding with each adjacent transfer station, adding up the information from the reference flat board (2) to the invisible target (1), and achieving three-dimensional position and posture of the invisible target (1) relating to the reference flat board (2).
