<p>Disclosed is a tray transferring device capable of transferring a tray having a plurality of semiconductor devices thereon for test or sorting processes. The tray transferring device comprises a tray transferring device comprising: a tray holding unit including: a body unit for mounting a tray the tray being loaded with a plurality of semiconductor devices thereon; a lifting unit installed at one end of the body unit so as to be vertically moved in a direction perpendicular to the body unit, for supporting one end of the tray when vertically lifted; a rotation unit installed at the other end of the body unit, for pushing the other end of the tray to the lifting unit by being rotated when one end of the tray is supported by the lifting unit, thereby holding the tray; and a driving unit for driving the lifting unit to be up-down moved and the rotation unit to be rotated and a transfer unit for transferring a tray mounted at the tray holding unit by transferring the body unit.</p>
