A method for realizing service interconnection between Personal Network Management (PNM) service and incoming-call restrict service includes: when receiving a service triggering message involving CAMEL service parameters of a called user transmitted from a Gateway Mobile Switching Center (GMSC), a Service Control Processor (SCP) performing PNM service subscribed by the called user by using the CAMEL service parameters; the SCP deciding whether to process the performing judgment according to the performing result of the PNM service. And a device for realizing service interconnection between PNM and incoming-call restrict service is also disclosed. By using the present invention, the PNM service could be performed firstly when a user in circuit domain subscribes the PNM service and the incoming-call restrict service at the same time, and the incoming-call restrict service has an opportunity to be performed after the PNM service.
