<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently performing the sterilization treatment of a treatment object to be sterilized into which a gas does not easily permeate in a sterilization gas permeation device using an ozone gas. <P>SOLUTION: In the sterilization gas permeation device using the ozone gas comprising a sterilization container 1 for housing the treatment object to be sterilized inside, a mechanism 3 for supplying a sterilization gas into the sterilization container 1 and a mechanism for making the sterilization gas permeate to the treatment object to be sterilized, into which the gas does not easily permeate, the sterilization gas permeation device is provided with a mechanism 4 for detecting an ozone concentration inside the sterilization container 1, a mechanism 6 for controlling the ozone concentration on the basis of the detected result, and a control condition output means 14 for outputting the control condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
