PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition for composite molding, having flexibility, elasticity and excellent molding processability, an excellent thermal adhesiveness to an ABS resin and a blend material of an ABS resin and a polycarbonate resin and a molded article using the same, especially a composite molded article. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer resin composition for composite molding comprises 55-98 wt.% of a polyester block copolymer (A), 1-44 wt.% of a graft copolymer (B) obtained by copolymerizing a monomer component containing an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer as main components in the presence of a rubbery polymer and 1-44 wt.% of a polycarbonate resin (C).
