PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of adjusting diopter while viewing through a finder. SOLUTION: The camera includes: the optical finder 7 for confirming an object; a liquid lens 74 disposed inside the optical finder 7; a changing means 8 for changing the optical characteristics of the liquid lens 74; and an operating member 84 disposed away from the optical finder 7, to change the optical characteristics of the liquid lens 74 and adjust the diopter of the optical finder 7.
