PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging case capable of obtaining an excellent heat dissipation effect, and to provide an electro-optical device and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: In the packaging case for storing an electro-optical panel 100, a first through-hole 231 along a direction almost parallel to the side surface portion 20b of the electro-optical panel 100 and a second through-hole 232 which crosses the first through-hole 231 and whose one opening faces the side surface portion 20b are formed in the portion facing the side surface portion 20b of the electro-optical panel 100, of a frame-like case member 200 surrounding the electro-optical panel.
