PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device capable of accurately measuring the voltage of a battery power supply, with an appropriate timing. SOLUTION: This voltage measuring device comprises an A/D converter 11 for A/D conversion of the voltage of the battery into a digital value, a correcting section 32 for correcting the digital value, and a reference voltage determining IC 12 for commanding correction start of the measured value by the correcting section 32, when the voltage of the battery is a reference voltage V or lower.
