PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing with a sensor capable of safely holding a plurality of sensor structural components after accurately positioned, and superior in water-proof property and moisture-proof property. SOLUTION: The bearing with the sensor comprises a rotary ring (an inner ring) 4 and a stationary ring (an outer ring) 6 arranged opposing each other in a relatively rotatable manner, and a plurality of rolling elements 8 incorporated between the rotary ring and the stationary ring, wherein a sensor housing 26 is mounted on the stationary ring for storing and holding the sensor 12 which detects the rotated condition of the rotary ring. The sensor has the plurality of sensor structural components (sensor elements 16 and cables 28) for detecting the rotated condition of the rotary ring. In the sensor housing, positioning and holding mechanisms (recessed parts 32, 34) are provided for positioning and holding the sensor structural components. In this case, the plurality of sensor structural components are connected to one another in the state of being positioned and held in the sensor housing by the positioning and holding mechanisms.
