PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily switch a state of a piping joint. SOLUTION: The piping joint 42 includes a piping joint main body 50, a relay chamber 60 formed inside the piping joint main body 50, a check valve 70 provided on the relay chamber 60, a cover member 80 provided on an upper part of the piping joint main body 50, and a check valve switching part 90 provided on the cover member 80. The check valve switching part 90 can switch an operation state of the check valve 70 by rotating an operation member 106 projecting above the cover member 80, and can switch a state of the check valve 70 between either one of a backflow preventing state for preventing fuel in a horizontally drawing piping 22a from flowing backward to an underground tank 12, an invalid state for voiding backflow prevention by the check valve 70, and a closure holding state for holding a closed state of the check valve 70.
