PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that friction occurs due to sliding rotations of an outer circumference of a throttle shaft and an inner circumference of a default lever when a spring mechanism constituting a conventional turnout traveling mechanism keeps a throttle valve in a low opening range (from default opening to fully closed opening). SOLUTION: A spring mechanism is formed of continuous one spring and in a shape with different diameters and different center shafts of respective springs. A spring in one radius is provided with return spring function for imparting spring force in a closing direction to a throttle valve. The spring in the other radius part is provided with default spring function for imparting spring force to a default opening side when viewed from a fully closed position to the throttle valve.
