AIR CLEANER STRUCTURE OF MOTOR BICYCLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency of cleaning and the like in a sub chamber, to improve the assemblability of an air cleaner and to increase a degree of design freedom. SOLUTION: An air cleaner case 81 is formed to have a joint structure with an air cleaner cover 84 joined to a case body 82 and to be flat in the direction perpendicular to a mating face 81A of the case body 82 and the air cleaner cover 84. A connecting tube 48 communicating with an engine side is connected to the case body 82 to direct to a plane 81B passing through the mating face 81A. A separator 101 is detachably mounted to the case body 82 to cover a connecting tube connection 105 and to face to an end 48b of the connecting tube 48. An air cleaner element 103 is cylindrically formed and is detachably fitted in an element connection hole 101b formed in the separator 101. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
