PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate inside heat insulation work of a building mainly having a folded-plate roof. SOLUTION: The position where the work is applied is determined, and a retainer H is attached on a building material A. The retainer H is provided with a magnet C so that the retainer H is magnetically fixed to the iron-made building material A. A required number of the retainers H are attached on the building material A. Then, a heat insulation material B is attached. A pin E is driven through the heat insulation material B. A cushioning material G prevents the heat insulation material B from getting into direct contact with the building material A. A cover F is attached on the tip end of the pin E driven through the heat insulation material B. The cover F not only protects the tip end of the pin E but also prevents the heat insulation material B from coming off the retainer H.
