PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of ground subsidence by preventing the sediment around a drain pipe line from intruding into the drain pipe line. SOLUTION: The drain pipe line 1 is constituted by inserting a plurality of filter members 7 into a tunnel 2 excavated in the ground, and a void 4 formed between an internal wall face 3 of the tunnel 2 and an outer peripheral face of the filter member 7 is filled with a granular material 20 at this time. The granular material 20 is made of resin-made beads having specific gravity of about 1.0 or the like and is poured into the void 4 to prevent the sediment around the drain pipe line 1 from intruding into the drain pipe line 1 and prevent the occurrence of ground subsidence.
