PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner having an electrostatic particulate water generator without requiring an exclusive air blowing fan. SOLUTION: This vehicular air conditioner 1 has an air-conditioning unit 2 having a heat exchanger, an air blower 3 sending air to this air-conditioning unit, a duct 4 introducing air into a cabin via the air-conditioning unit, and the electrostatic particulate water generator 6. An upstream part 23 of the air-conditioning unit 2 is connected with generating passages 51a and 51b communicating with a downstream part 24 of the air-conditioning unit 2 and heat radiating passages 52a and 52b communicating with the inside of the cabin. In the generating passages 51a and 51b, there is provided an electrostatic particulate water generating part 64 generating the electrostatic particulate water of the electrostatic particulate water generator 6. In the heat radiating passages 52a and 52b, there is provided a heat radiating fin 66 of a thermoelectric conversion element 65 supplying moisture in the air to the electrostatic particulate water generating part 64.
