PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear side assistance control device capable of reducing a driver's operation burden at retreating of a vehicle such as warehousing. SOLUTION: The retreating assistance control processing determine that retreating operation of the vehicle such as warehousing is started when a shift lever of the vehicle is operated to a reverse position (S110), and executes window/curtain opening control processing (S120). Further, when the shift lever of the vehicle is operated to a parking position (S130) or when a speed of the vehicle becomes a previously set release speed Vr or higher (S140), it determines that the retreating operation of the vehicle such as warehousing is finished, and executes window/curtain closing control processing (S150). Accordingly, at retreating of the vehicle such as warehousing, since opening/closing drive operation of a window glass and a curtain by the driver is not required, the driver's operation burden can be reduced.
