PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe composition for prophylaxis or therapy of snoring diseases capable of directly acting on the soft palate causing the production of snoring sounds and sustaining the effects over a long period of time and having an excellent feeling of use. SOLUTION: The composition for a liquid preparation or a film-like preparation for the oral cavity for carrying out the prophylaxis or the therapy of the snoring diseases comprises glycerol as an active ingredient.
