<p>An atomizing fluid dispenser 10 for delivering, via a spray nozzle 60, a substantially equal metered dose of fluid material 24 for each dispensing operation is disclosed. The fluid dispensing device 10 includes a container 20 with an interior fluid storage region 22 therein. A metering housing 26, when depressed, generates a one-way flow from the interior fluid storage region 22 of the container that serves to fill the predetermined volume of the chamber 32 within the metering housing 26. When the metering housing 26 is depressed a second time a substantially equal volume of fluid is dispensed from the container 20, while upon release, the metering housing 26 is refilled by drawing fluid 24 from the fluid storage region 22. A spray nozzle 60 or atomizer is attached to the exit port 40 of the dispensing device 20 so that the liquid 24 is delivered in metered fashion.</p> |
