The present invention relates to an integrated cooling system for a machine device capable of cooling high-temperature cutting oil and high-temperature oil discharged from a machining tool at the same time. The integrated cooling system for a machine device includes: a compressor compressing a coolant; a condenser liquefying the coolant by radiating the heat of the coolant compressed by the compressor; a first electronic expansion valve expanding the coolant liquefied by the condenser; a first heat exchanger cooling the high-temperature oil using the low-temperature and low-pressure coolant expanded by the first electronic expansion valve; first and second temperature sensors installed in a coolant intake pipe and a coolant discharge pipe connected to the first heat exchanger, respectively; third and fourth temperature sensors installed in a first oil intake pipe and a first oil discharge pipe connected to the first heat exchanger, respectively; and multiple hot-gas bypass units bypassing the high-temperature and high-pressure coolant discharged from the compressor to a cutting oil intake end of the first heat exchanger and of which the maximum flow rates are different. |
