The present invention relates to a circular stripper of an underground insulated wire, comprising: a cylindrical body (10) having a hollow part (11) inside; a covering discharging means (20) inserted and fixated to an end part at one side of the body (10) and having an outer circumference opened to have a discharge hole (21) for exfoliated coverings; a cap part (30) inserted and fixated to an end part at one side of the body (10) and having an insertion hole for an underground insulated wire inside; an exfoliating knife (40) installed on one side of a covering discharge hole (20) at the lower end of the cap part (30) so that a blade can be faced inward; a coating exfoliation length adjuster (50) of an underground insulated wire fixated to a certain length from the insertion hole of the underground insulated wire; and a load inserting part (60) mounted and fixated to an end part at the other side of the body (10). Accordingly, the coating of a wire can be exfoliated easily, labor costs required for the coating exfoliation of a wire can be reduced and coating exfoliation can be conducted efficiently and swiftly by applying the present invention to an electric driver and exfoliating the coating of the wire. |
