A vinyl bag having a continuous withdrawing structure is provided to expand a vinyl tube smoothly by rolling the vinyl tubes in a doughnut form by stacking the vinyl tubes in a concentric structure and to secure a stable transportation effect by storing the vinyl tube in a case. In a vinyl bag(1) having a continuous withdrawing structure, a vinyl tube(20) is stacked in a concentric structure and rolled in a doughnut form, and contained in a case(10) having a withdrawing hole(11). A cutting blade(12) cutting the vinyl tube is installed at one side of the withdrawing hole. An end(20a) of the vinyl tube is drawn out through the withdrawing hole of the case, and then the vinyl tube is cut by the cutting blade. The lower end of the vinyl tube is bound and sealed. Accordingly, the vinyl tube forms a receiving space of which the lower end is sealed and the upper end is opened. A boring punch(13) having at least one boring pin(13a) is installed at the case. Vent holes are formed by boring a hole through the vinyl tube pulled through the withdrawing hole, by the boring punch.
